Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Quote Invoice UK platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. About Us
Quote Invoice UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the quoting and invoicing platform available at quoteinvoice.co.uk. References to “you” or “your” refer to the individual or business using our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our service. By using Quote Invoice UK, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Our service is intended for use by businesses and sole traders operating in the United Kingdom.

- Notify us immediately at support@quoteinvoice.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Paid subscription: After your trial ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription. We currently offer monthly (£15/month) and annual (£120/year) plans.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Price changes: We may change our subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You should consult a qualified professional for such matters.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quote Invoice UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quote Invoice UK and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain and then delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
